I was asked about this item a while ago, but I have forgotten who.
It was no longer available from my supplier, but it is now available from Amazon.

I find it useful on long runs, especially if you suffer from any sort
of pain in the hands.it can be placed to suit your riding mood, low on the throttle grip for town work, and raised up for a motorway blast.
