I decided to tweek the suspension on my bike as its the only thing I haven't adjusted. Found a good DIY guide at:

http://www.gostar-racing.com/club/motorcycle_suspension_set-up.htm

Ive been playing all morning and just taken the bike for a spin and its so much better to ride, I only adjusted the pre loads!

It says you need two people to do the job but I managed on my own, would be more accurate with two though.

Nick ,Andy Ibbott director of the california superbike school.says it is essential to adjust static sag and rider sag ,before you start twiddling, and it needs two peeps to do that,i put my trust in him because my zx6r, was set to his method for track days and i had no probs, IAN if you have lost the copy i gave you i will do another,or you can get it from MCN ON YER PC,if needed soon , as i no bike at mo,oil seal kaput in forks.

good in'it 65mpg

As I said its more accurate with two people but I found a stick with markers on did the trick for one person. I'll fine tune it at a later date when I have some help.
